Trash and Community Rules

• Trash collection daily between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Place bags at the left corner of the driveway during pickup hours and remove by 3:00 PM after collection
• Quiet hours: Sandestin and Villa Lago are family friendly communities. Please observe posted quiet hours and be considerate of neighbors

Guest Agreement and Community Guidelines

• Minimum age requirement: primary guest must be 25 years of age or older to book and occupy the property, per Villa Lago HOA rules
• Signed rental agreement required: after booking, we will request your email to send a Coastline Condos rental agreement. This must be signed before arrival. Entry codes will not be provided until this step is complete
• Noise awareness: please respect posted quiet hours
• Rates and promotions: all rates, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. Promotions may be modified or discontinued at Coastline Condos discretion
• No smoking: smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the home or anywhere on the property
• HOA fines: guests are responsible for any fines assessed for trash, parking, or community rule violations
