House Rules for Toes in the Sand
Occupancy: Max 14 guests allowed.
Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25+ and stay the entire trip.
Rental Agreement Online Security Verification must be completed within 48 hours of the booking.
An additional waiver active auto insurance is required to drive the golf cart.
No Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the home or near doors and windows.
This property is not pet friendly. Pets are not permitted for any reason, except for registered service animals.
Parking: Park up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. No parking on grass, sidewalk, or street.
Outdoor Gear: Clean the gas grill after use and return beach gear to the home after beach trips.
